Judith R. Tolkan, M.D.
Dr. Tolkan grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Wisconsin. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Rochester. In 1989, Dr. Tolkan joined Roswell Pediatric Center. Dr. Tolkan and her husband, Dr. Gerald Bilsky, have one son, Marc. Dr. Tolkan sees patients at the Crabapple and Old Milton locations.
