Fred B. Blax, M.D., Pediatrician in Roswell, Cumming, Alpharetta Dr. Flax, a native of Maryland, founded Roswell Pediatric Center in 1978. He is a graduate of the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine and did his pediatric training at Emory University. Dr. Flax and his wife, Joy, have three children and five grandchildren.
